The twenty percent Discipline Chapter 11 of Peter Senges book, The Fifth Discipline, talks about the idea of Shared Vision, and how this concept has transformed boldnesss, and individuals works for them, into a cohesive unit of long-term innovative achievement. Having and transmitting a successful shared vision requires true buy-in on the part of the employees and the organization as a whole, and must foster genuine commitment and quick enrollment in order to bring that organizational vision to a personal level.
