Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets :: English Literature

evoke potter around and the Chamber of SecretsThe 2nd bear in the scourge Potter series is about Harry andstrange adventures going on in Hogwarts. before long after Harry and hisfriends arrive after Hogwarts, a message is write on a wall in bloodthat says enemies of the heir, beware, the chamber has been undefended.Harry is found near the sight so people suspect he was the one who dunit. Throughout this book, Harry, Hermione, and Ron are constantlylooking for the chamber of secrets, and who might have opened it. Theyhave many frightening and raise adventures along the way, buteverything changes as students start to get petrified. Near the end,Hermione gets petrified and its up to Ron and Harry to save theirfriends and fellow students. While I was reading this book many questions came to my mind. Iwondered why Harry didnt tell anyone about him earreach the voices inthe wall. Even though it could have been a bad sign, if he had toldDumbledore, the teachers at Hogwarts might have been able to solve themystery and compass point Tom Riddle sooner. I think if I were Ron I would convinced(p) Harry to tell Dumbledore about the voices. I also would havestayed away from where all of the writing on the wall was going on.While I was reading this book I never would have though that it wasGinny Weasly that opened the Chamber of Secrets. I also never wouldhave thought that the land Hagrid got expelled from Hogwarts wasbecause Tom Riddle accused him of opening the chamber. I think this isa great book because of how everything in the end ties to each otherto educate an awe virtually ending.JK Rowling writes in a very unique style. From the very low gear of the book you can tell the book is going to be adequate of adventure, close calls, and mystery.Imagery is used a lot in the Harry Potter books because JK Rowling utilises the reader a very unique and intense bringing close together of how Hogwarts looks, and what happens in Harrys adventures. While reading thi s book thereader can or so picture the enchanted ceilings and the lacysnowflake cookies. There isnt very more figurative language in this book. Most of thefigurative language occurs in the first book when JK Rowling explainsmore in detail what Hogwarts looks like. This book, however, does havesome figurative language. Personification like the tree yawned andthe car burped out the suitcases give the reader a much more vividpicture of what is happening in the story because they can relate it
